The Sound of Silence

For my 50th birthday, I gave myself a gift that changed everything: 48 hours of pure stillness in the Olympic Mountains in Washington State. I turned off my phone, stepped away from the "dings" and demands of daily life, and simply sank into the space of our cabin on Lake Cushman.

What followed was a transformative surrender. Between sessions of meditation & journaling beside the wood-burning stove, mindful walks, gentle yoga, and simple meals, I found a level of connection to myself that I had never experienced. In that silence, the vision for The Sound of Silence Retreats was born: an invitation for other women to disconnect from the world, reconnect with their own inner wisdom, and rejuvenate in how they show up in their lives.

Prices include all fees but not local taxes of 10.6%

*We believe silence is a gift best unwrapped alone. To support this, our retreat rates are significantly lower than our standard airbnb prices and are reserved strictly for solo travelers. This allows us to keep the sanctuary accessible for those seeking deep, uninterrupted quiet. Scholarships may be available to help offset some of these costs. Please inquire if you cannot afford these rates but stillness and silence is calling you nonetheless.
